Job Matching

See newly opened roles that actually fit your background, ranked by how closely they match your experience, not by keyword luck.

What It Is

Hiring Radar is Job Robin's job-matching engine. It ranks real, full-description job listings as they come open and collected directly from company career sites (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, and more) against your resume, showing you a match percentage instead of a plain list of postings.

The Problem It Solves

Traditional job board search relies on keyword overlap: if your resume doesn't happen to use the same words as a posting, you never see it, even when the underlying work is a strong fit. A job seeker changing industries or job titles is hit hardest by this, since their real skills rarely map to the exact vocabulary a new field uses.

How Job Robin Approaches It

Hiring Radar ranks listings using AI embeddings and cosine-similarity matching, comparing the meaning of your resume against the meaning of each listing rather than counting shared words. A resume built around 'distributed systems, service reliability' can match a listing phrased as 'platform engineering, uptime SLAs' even with almost no literal word overlap. You can also search by typing a role description directly (Wingspan), or find similar roles to one you've already tailored a resume for (Flock).

Where It Fits in The Flight Plan

Hiring Radar is the starting point: it's how you find the specific roles worth your time before decoding one, tailoring a resume for it, or tracking your application progress.

How It Connects to Other Job Robin Capabilities

In just seconds, every listing on Hiring Radar can be decoded by the Job Description Decoder, turned into a tailored resume and cover letter with the target role pre-filled, or added straight to a Flight Plan, the per-job workflow hub that tracks your progress on that specific application.
